IAZ 220/110/MT kV substation, including works for the Resița 400/220/110/20kV and substation

ELECTROENERGETICAL INSTALLATIONS:

  • The realization of the 220kV and 110kV works will be done by unmounting/demolishing the existing equipments and materials and by creating the new configurations using AIS (Air Insulated Substation) equipments
  • The complete equipment of the technological buildings (Command building, relays cabins
  • The replacement of the 220/110/10kV AT1 and AT2 with a new 220/110/20kV AT1 and AT2.
  • The replacement of all the cables and conductors from substation level and on all tension levels.
  • The  complete replacement of all the equipments for command-control-protection and automation system (SCCPA), comunication, telecomunication and teleprotection system, SCADA system for all tension levels (LV a.c. and LV d.c., MV, HV), replacement of local metering systems (SLCB and SLCD) and power quality monitoring system.

CONSTRUCTION WORKS:

  • Elaboration of resistance, architecture and construction parts in detail for all new building elements.

OUTDOOR INSTALLATIONS:

  • The perimeter lighting system, the outdoor lighting installation and the lighting for the transformation units will be fully restored.
  • There will be an explosion and nitrogen fire prevention facility for AT1 and another for AT2.
  • The substation is equipped with bird removal facilities (against the formation of nests on the frames, apparatus) and rodents.
  • Implementation of the access control system, CCTV, detection, signaling, alarm and anti-burglary (SIS - Integrated Security System) both inside and outside (relays cabins, 20kV connections room, command building).

INDOOR INSTALLATIONS

  • Realization of sockets, power and interior lighting in the Command building, Relay Cabins and realization of the diesel supply system, including the related installation works.

HVAC, sanitary installations:

  • Replacing the existing heating system in the Command Building with a new installation consisting of a thermal power plant,
  • ventilation and air conditioning will be provided by SPLIT air conditioners with self-priming and heat pumps.
  • The sanitary facilities will be based on the supply from a water source and hydrophore. The hot water will be provided by the electric boiler
